Delivery is available within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Once you confirm your order, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
From that moment, the delivery time is up to 7 working days for orders paid cash on delivery.
For orders paid via bank or post office transfer, payment must be made within 3 working days from the receipt of the email confirmation. The delivery time is up to 7 working days from the moment your payment is registered.
Couriers deliver packages to the delivery address between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please ensure that someone is available at the address during this period to receive the shipment.
Upon receiving the package, you should visually inspect it for any visible damage. If you notice that the shipping box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product might also be damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
If the shipment appears undamaged, accept the package and sign the delivery note for the courier.
The courier will attempt to deliver each shipment twice. If the courier cannot find you at the address, they will usually call the phone number you provided during your order to arrange a new delivery time. If the courier is still unable to deliver the package, it will be returned to us. Upon receiving the returned shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange reshipment.

Delivery cost details will also be sent to you via email along with your order confirmation and order details.
For orders paid cash on delivery, payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery.
Please note that payments made by credit card may slightly delay delivery until payment verification is complete.
Delivery is free of charge for orders over 4,000 RSD.
(For cash-on-delivery orders up to 4,500 RSD, postal costs of 45 RSD apply. For orders over 4,500 RSD, postal costs are 1% of the total invoice amount.)
