In accordance with Articles 13 and 27 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS No. 62/2014), the company TEXTIL d.o.o. Jagodina hereby informs its valued customers purchasing goods through the website www.babytextil.rs that:
– Sales of goods through the website www.babytextil.rs are carried out within the registered business activity of TEXTIL d.o.o., located at Kraljevića Marka 7, Jagodina, Company ID: 17222821, phone: +381 35 8232007;
– All products sold through the website www.babytextil.rs possess the qualities necessary for regular use in accordance with their intended purpose as defined in the Product Description;
– The conformity of the goods with the contract is determined exclusively based on the properties and intended use of the goods as defined in the corresponding Product Description;
– The selling price of each product is clearly listed next to the item;
– Special pricing offers and/or promotional sales (discount campaigns) are conducted in accordance with the terms published on the website www.babytextil.rs;
– Customers can pay for goods purchased via www.babytextil.rs in cash upon delivery (Cash on Delivery);
– By clicking the CONFIRM button during the ordering process, the customer undertakes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods;
– For all orders, the customer is required to pay the delivery cost as stated in the order summary;
– In case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the customer has the right to file a complaint as defined in the Complaints Policy for goods purchased via our Online Store;
– The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (cancel the purchase) within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason. In this case, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
Dear customers, we hereby inform you that in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014), purchasing through our online store www.babytextil.rs is considered a distance selling transaction.
According to the law, in such cases, the consumer (a natural person purchasing for personal needs and not for professional purposes) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered. The consumer may, but is not obligated to, provide a reason for withdrawal.
In the case of withdrawal, the consumer is entitled to a refund or exchange for another product. The refund will be issued after the product is received and verified to be undamaged and functional.
The customer must return the product without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal form was sent. After this 14-day period, returns will no longer be accepted.
Returned goods must be in unused, undamaged condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice/delivery note or fiscal receipt. Along with the fiscal receipt, the customer must fill out and submit the Withdrawal from Distance Contract Form, which is provided with the invoice and shipment.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will assess whether the item is undamaged and functional. The customer is responsible for any defects or damages caused by improper handling. If damage or defects are found due to customer misuse, the refund will be denied, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
The merchant is obligated to refund the amount paid without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal form is received, provided the product is returned in unopened and undamaged condition.
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods and refund unless the product was incorrect or defective upon delivery.
Once it has been confirmed that the product is in good condition, the refund process will be initiated.

Refunds are issued exclusively by bank transfer to a dinar current account. Cash refunds or courier payments are not available.
Any package returned without prior arrangement will be sent back to the sender at the sender’s expense, based on the official Post Express price list available on our website. The courier fee must be paid in cash to the Post Express courier upon pickup of the return parcel.
TEXTIL d.o.o. is obligated to deliver goods that are in conformity with the contract. The company is responsible for any non-conformity that appears within two years from the date the risk was transferred to the consumer.
If the non-conformity arises within six months, it is presumed that the issue existed at the time of transfer unless proven otherwise.
TEXTIL d.o.o. covers all necessary costs to ensure product conformity, including labor, materials, collection, and delivery.
